Are you stuck in the same place year in, year out? Are you living the same life every day, in a circuitous manner of mediocre existence? What you need to do is life force healing.
It’s about time to take control of your own personal power by learning about life force healing. While it may sound like some New Age idea, which you do at first and ditch for good, there are some concrete steps that you can do right now (yes, today!) which can help you reclaim what’s rightfully yours – your peace, your passion, and your life.
Contrary to popular belief, life force energy is not something that you have to spend copious amounts of money on. In fact, it all starts with you and your commitment to change and to improve for long term success.
Without further ado, here are some quick (although not too easy) tips to get you started on your path:
The pressure that most people get out of being able to forgive is the stress of facing and speaking with the very person who hurt them or caused them so much pain. However, being in contact with the person can only make you more agitated and even more predisposed to delaying the forgiving further. Why suffer for years if you do not have to face him or her anyway?
Instead, take a day or an hour to yourself and get a pen and paper. Write to the person directly and do not mince words. Pour your heart out as they say. Do not leave anything to chance. And then, once done, get a match and light up the letter in a trash bin (or anywhere safe where nothing will be set on fire!) and watch the embers as the flames die out and release your forgiveness to the person as you see the smoke disappear.
When I wrote my memoir "Overcoming Life's Challenges" it took me back to a place I really didn't want to visit, and yes there were a lot of tears, but also a lot of relieve and eventually peace and being able to move forward and forgive and let go, it is a wonderful feeling.
They say that power belongs to the strong. It’s true – but then again, do remember that real strength comes from one thing, too: the absolute ability to forgive and let go. So go and write to that person who you cannot speak to, burn it, and find yourself freed from the shackles of your anger.
Better yet, why not write a letter for yourself as well. Sometimes, it’s the only kind of forgiveness that we’ll ever need and would matter in the end.
There is more to watching a really good movie than simply being entertained. If you find yourself unable to face your personal problems and find yourself expressing it in other self-destructive ways such as overeating, sedentary lifestyle, gossiping, overspending, may be its time to choose a good title, one that hits close to home, and sit and watch.
Art after all imitates life and movies are no exception. Find your own epiphany in the words spoken. Find a common ground with the narrative. And once you do, let yourself experience the gift of a good cry. Sob if you have to. Do it with a friend whom you will not be self-conscious with or do it all by yourself.
The important thing is to provide yourself the safe place you need so you can finally face whatever it is that is bothering you.
Aside from a good movie, reading a book, listening to music, and even watching a play can provide the same level of healing that you seek.
When our lives are going bad, it’s easy to look at it from a point of view of a person who is very disappointed, and think that it will never be okay again. The advantage of having a journal where you can write the things you are thankful for every day is that it gives you a sense of perspective. It provides you the chance to step back, remove yourself from the bad situation, and make you be more objective.
Things may not be going your way today, but does it mean that you really have that much of a bad life? The gratitude journal is not a list of winnings and victory, it’s all about acknowledging the good and the blessed in every part of your daily life, whether it’s your ability to have access to a clean and working toilet every single day, your daily commute that helps you get to any destination you like any time, or being able to read.
Blessings are not just the big things, more often than not these are the small things that make up our daily lives that are often overseen and unappreciated because we are too focused on the future or a goal.
Barefoot that is! There is a growing body of research of the health benefits of walking barefoot or earthing as some call it. Doing so provides yourself the chance to take advantage of the naturally occurring energy from the earth. However, be reminded that it’s not just about walking on any soil – it has to be of quality and virgin, too – no pesticides.
The benefits of earthing include increase in energy, improvements in cardiovascular health, and better immune system. If you are constantly on the phone, in front of a computer, and in a closed room with fake air circulation, earthing provides you the chance to do a quick detox and help you achieve that balance away from the radiation that you subject yourself to on a daily basis.
Also, it’s not just soil you can walk on. If you can, do so as well on a beach, grassy lands, and other natural surfaces. The key thing here is to expose yourself to nature regularly as most human bodies are designed to do and to be.
If you love a good bath, soaking in Epsom salt gives the same effect and utterly relaxing, too.
All of these if done together and immediately, gives way to a more balanced chakras, a well-fed spirit, and well-energized body to take on life’s many gifts.
Do these four things and you will be well on your way to achieving life force healing.
