But what the heck does that mean anyway?

Let me tell you what I think, and what my experience has shown me, because it means so many things.
It means "big things."
It means never taking anything for granted and taking advantage of everything presented to you.
It means not waiting for opportunity to knock on your door - you go out and find it.
It means "small things."
Do you savor your food - or do you stuff it down in a hurry without even tasting it?
Do you tell your friends and family that you love them - and mean it?
Do you have a dream?
Do you work every day to make it a reality?
If you do not fulfill your purpose, one day you will regret it.
Do not let routine and daily living steal your life.
Perhaps an un-lived life is not an oxymoron.
Don’t let that un-lived life be yours.
If your body falls apart, your mind will too.
Eat the right foods and exercise, keep healthy, so that you function to the best of your ability.
And just the way we need to exercise our bodies, we need to exercise our minds.
